Episode 17 Discussion Thread

'Where did you find them?' by Inde
Submitted on 2007-10-27 03:19:54 CST
Those self opinionated, stuck up, self-important, pompous capital ship pilots – I loved them !!!! No wonder one of them claimed to be in a Corp with 30 of them – no other Corp would put up with them all. Could you imagine the conversation they have? Sitting at a gate and chatting all night long about the size of their equipment. Oh lets not forget the wonderful remark, “Don’t mess with our gameplay” could I ask who died and made him king? Last time I checked he payed the same amount of cash to play as me and all others on the server. Please, please, please have these guys on as a regular slot I loved them.

...who thought that way about them!

Inde, you took the words right out of my mouth!

Congrats guys, another great pee-stained-underwear episode! I'm still laughing about that great intro. Keep it up!

'Two peoples....' by Amiable

You've prooven one very definite thing in this podcast.... as General George S Patton said... "The British and Americans are two peoples, separated by a common language".

But, I have to somewhat agre with Inde.

We all pay to play, other aspects of the game have been subject to change with time, that's how the game evolves, why should the capitol game mechanics not change?...

'Two Nations' by Inde

Sorry Ami it was Winston Churchill who said it and the correct quote is :- "Two nations divided by a common language". I am sure like most Americans General Patton would have said it and then claimed it was his idea :).

those whiney Mothership/Carrier pilots can learn to deal as well. CCP is making it pretty clear they want to cut back the # of drones/fighters being controlled per server, and make players of various ships even more dependant on each other.. doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where they're going with these upcoming and proposed changes.
