No Prisoners, No Mercy Host: Julie Whitefeather & Frances Kosac There comes a time, friends, when your favorite MMO ceases to sparkle, when even new videogames lose their luster, and the computer room becomes a prison; and all that is left are two gamers (who happen to be nuns) with a very large axe to grind. Come join Julie Whitefeather and Frances Kosac as they go to War - and along the way discuss the events of the week in the MMO industry.

'Watch this space' by Julie Submitted on 2009-02-25 14:04:52 CST As indicated on the show, watch this space. This show begins a contest for the first of the Warhammer Online codes donated by Sarc. This one is for a custom jaw for the new orc choppa.
Tommorow morning at 9:00 am cst I will announce in the show thread which show as an audio clip in it (and which audio clip within the show) that you are to identify. You will have the send us the correct answer to all of the following questions.
1.) What movie was the audio clip from?
2.) What is the name of the character or character(s) who spoke
3.) what was the name of the actor or actors portraying those characters.
Once the show where the audio clip is contained is announced (it could be any of shows we have done for Virgin Worlds) the first person to email us the correct answers to noprisonersnomercy@gmail.com wins the code.

'And another thing' by Julie Submitted on 2009-02-25 14:14:38 CST when we say name of the character or characters, if the full name is given in the movie we want the first and last names.
We don't want much do we?

'About the codes' by Julie Submitted on 2009-02-25 17:57:03 CST Sarc, who was kind enough to supply the codes, just emailed us and mentioned that each code unlocks all three items. So that means the code being given away here will provide the account holder with all three items.
Namely:
1.) The special orc choppa jaw
2.) the "Big apple" trophy
3.) The special nail mohawk for Orc Slayers
Good luck to all

'Let the contest begin' by Julie Submitted on 2009-02-26 15:04:31 CST O.K. it's 9:00 am and time for the contest to begin. Remember to answer correctly you must have the following:
1.) The name of the movie that the quote is from
2.) The name of the characters who spoke the lines (one has a first and last name in the movie)
3.) The first and last name of both actors who are speaking in the quote.
The first correct answers sent to noprisonersnomercy@gmail.com wins the prize.
The prize is a code for Warhammer Online from the New York Comic Con courtesy of Sarc. It unlocks the following: A special orc choppa jaw, a "big apple" trophy, and a spike mohawk for the new slayer class.
The quote is the audio clip at the very beginning of show 24.
Good luck
Go.

'The Envelope Please' by Julie Submitted on 2009-02-26 20:55:15 CST The movie the audio clip is from is called "Magic" staring Burgess Meredith and Anthony Hopkins. At one point in the movie Burgess Meredeth, who plays a theatrical agent named "Ben Greeene" storms into his office past his secretary. As he passes he says:
Ben Greene: "Sadie what is the first rule of being an agent?"
Sadie: "Never forget an actor shot Lincoln"
Ben Greene: "Head of the class"
There may be some of you who have said to themselves "now where have I heard Sadie, played by actress Lillian Randolph, before?" There are many places but most notable, and no doubt most recently, if you see "it's a wonderful life" around Christmas time she is the actress who says at the end of the movie:
"I was saving this money for a divorce if ever I get myself a husband."
Another contest soon...

'Thanks!' by Seritaph Submitted on 2009-02-27 15:14:40 CST You know, I didn't really try for the contest (seeing as I currently don't play W.A.R.) but I was curious none the less. I recognized Burgess Meredith's voice immediately. He's one of my favorite actors and I loved the characters he played in the Twilight Zone series.
I never saw the movie Magic. I was young when that movie released and just seemed way too creepy for me to consider ever watching.
'Generic Post Title' by Julie Submitted on 2009-02-27 17:32:54 CST Magic is worth watching if only for the interaction between a very young Anthony Hopkins and Burgess Meredith. Yes, the whole talking dummy thing can be creepy at times but is far from an original idea.
We have another code to give away if there is interest in it. If there is interest in it I will include the contest within the show itself this time.
