Has been in development for 5 years already it was known as Rapture, you might remember a demo from 4 years or maybe 3 years ago... This is it, they're not thinking of making it.. lol It's like almost done! We just need a beta announcement I'm thinking in a few months or so, maybe in late winter.
This is not a sequel to FF11 it is based in an entirely new world but keeping familiar races, an updated job system and NO levels. ^^ Stay tuned.
FF13 and FF14 were created independently.

The trailer for FF14 has some cinematic pre-rendered shots BUT some of it was actual in game gameplay. Like when the mithra casts the blue shield after the sea serpent thing attacks is gameplay, and I guess there's more too...
