ZOMG Zork! Can't wait for this show. Unfortunately, my in-game Zork memories are very hazy, though I remember spending the summer of 8th grade parked in front of my friend's C64 as we took turns at the keyboard. Zork was my portal into the text based fantasy world that led me to Gemstone, which was my first MUD experience on my Dad's GEnie account.

Ugh, so many memories. I've listened to part 4 and only part way thru part 5. I paused part 5 when you started talking about the (in-game) Guides, and that brought back more memories. I was a Guide on 102, and a Bard on 105. I played on 103, but they wouldn't let you Guide/Bard on the same server you played. I think I still have a manual which 3DO sent to me when I was made a Guide. Later, they sent me a big M59 poster, that was signed by all the people who worked on M59, and some other cool swag, like a paper notebook. I don't have the poster any more, but I think I saved one of the notebooks.
