Oh My God Real Life Podcast #23Wed, 3 Dec 2008 20:26:00 GMT [download/play]
This 23rd episode of Oh My God Real Life is filled with mostly comments
from listeners, but we do get into some great discussion for some
seeking advice near the end:
- Anthony educates us on the politics of America's hat - Laubeinator wants Ryan back! Oh please, won't we ever bring back the Ryan?! - FarSpace thanks us for the advice for his daughter, while we wonder what curse words we used last episode
- Lurker also educates us on Canadian politics, and thanks us for the
shirt idea, but we forgot which one because we're both old. - Spart writes back in and asks our opinions on artsy people vs sporty people
We're still postponing the live show until after the holidays, but
should have another recorded show before the winter festivities! Don't
forget to look us up on Facebook and Twitter to keep up-to-date with all of our latest podcast-related news!
If you'd like to have your email read on the show, send it along to "show" at omg-rl.com. As always, we promise to be obnoxious, unfunny and pronounce every typo verbatim.
The theme songs for OMG-RL are "Real Life Drama" by Rackjaw and "Anywhere but Here" by Behavior. Login to post a comment
'Not to worry, it's all good :)' by FarSpace Submitted on 2008-12-04 00:28:42 CST Warning, I proof read my coment, but it still may not make any sense, hahaha. :)

I love you guys so much, : )
I just wanted to let you know that, not to worry, I screen any podcast my Daughter listens too before I have her listen to it.
Although I don't remember any cursing anyways.
The thing is, How you two talk is fine and even if I thought it was not, you can do whatever you want.
So it is nice that you are concerned about not wanting to swear or whatever when children might listen, but it's all cool, I'm sure us parents screen the podcasts and or whatever.
And besides I hate to admit this, but a few curse words aren't going to hurt her anyways, I'm just being honest.
Not that I would throw them all in her face or anything, I'm just saying.
And even in the kid/pre teen movies, I've heard some pretty risky stuff that is far worse then curse words.
P.S. Update, My Daughter got a Journalist project packet for 4H, it is a project that they do for the fair, they get ribbons and it is an all around good time.
That might be a good idea for any other kids getting into Journalism or whatever else.
