'SotNW bug ?' by Dathmar Submitted on 2007-11-01 06:30:02 CST Bug ?
I am not a developer so I could be wrong BUT do developers really create a naked character models and then create textures that go over the top of the model for clothes / armor ?
I thought that they created the clothes / armor textures which were the character model's skin....but obvious look like armor
Therefore if there are naked models - they must have coded these at some point and then made all characters switch to the naked texture.
I would guess they planned to use them when they needed some more "exposure" - pun intended.
I must admit they do look nice....but then I must be a sick perv.
;)
'Did someone pour water on the Virginworlds site?' by Shalimar616 Submitted on 2007-11-01 06:36:37 CST Zow! Someone must have poured water on virginworlds. Just like the devilish gremlins this thing is multiplying -- soon we will be over flowing in virginworld goodness.
Great work, by the way, Brent.
'Sony Station Launcher' by Shawn Submitted on 2007-11-01 11:07:36 CST Great episode Brent, and even though I listened to the last 3 in a row this morning, I think having small daily shows is kinda cool every once in awhile.
As for Sony's Station launcher, NC Soft also did this recently. You can have this one launcher running that will update your NC Soft games (Tabula Rasa, Guild Wars, City of Heroes/Villains, Lineage, etc) and you can also choose which NC Soft game to play, right from one program. There is no 'buddy' feature, though. I'm wondering if this is what all big-name publishers will be doing now.
'Thanks Brent!' by ted Submitted on 2007-11-04 18:22:49 CST I can't thank you enough for the ringing endorsement! I'm still learning alot when it comes to podcasting and I can't thank you enough for what you do on a daily basis. I stand by my statement that Virginworlds is bar none the best example of the way a podcast should be. Every week I've tried and will continue to try and put together a show that can meet the bar that you've hung so highly. Thanks Brent and keep up the awesome work!
'Warhamma' by Brent Submitted on 2007-11-06 11:13:25 CST Ted, the endorsement is well deserved. Keep up the great work on that show. I'm certain it'll be a 'massive' success.
'I scared Kami' by Brent Submitted on 2007-11-06 11:14:05 CST Yay! The Halloween surprise worked on someone!
